COVID-19: How Moody Price is Responding - 1/7/2021

Moody Price operations will continue with a staff limited to essential employees necessary for safe operations under CDC guidelines for safety and prevention, while team members who are able to perform their duties remotely have been relocated to home offices and may be contacted via their regular phone numbers and email addresses.

Customer Service – We will continue to process quotes and orders and make our normally scheduled shipments and deliveries. Customer pick-ups remain available however, we ask that drivers contact the office by phone upon arrival and we will load your material and provide paperwork without the need to enter the building. We have also increased our inventory levels to help mitigate potential disruptions to the supply chain.

Our supplier partners continue to manufacture and deliver product and most have enough inventory on hand to meet requirements for several months. All of our freight carriers have maintained delivery services and have contingency plans to address potential future sources of disruption.

Vendor Managed Inventory – All VMI locations in place will continue to be serviced as long as we have access to them. If your company is restricting outside access to VMI’s, please contact your local office to work through options to ensure that you have no interruption in service.
Moody-Price Website – We encourage you to contact your local branch or Account Manager to get set up with access to your company’s pricing and account management capabilities online. As this situation evolves, this will provide another avenue to place or expedite orders, or request a quote if communications become a challenge.

Our number one priority is to ensure that we are doing all that we can to protect the health of our team while continuing to provide the support our customers need for uninterrupted operation of their businesses. We appreciate your continued business and your patience as we navigate through these challenging times.
